| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Poor little show.. No subbers or posters. Well we will see. I have not had a lot of sleep but watching this episode didn't help. I was pretty much looking forward to this romance but... Right now I am not really fond of any of the characters at all. That is the main issue. The children are all some what frustrating in their own ways, especially the youngest one. He does play the role of the oblivious younger child pretty good i will give him that. |
| Poor little show indeed. I think all the characters are pretty much right and wrong on their own right, and that is a good thing. It is a show about family after all. It is clear that they love and care for each other but sometime thing just doesn't always go smooth as it should be but at the end of the day thing the problem solved itself. |

| The past is a different country. I think this really captures some of the feelings of what life was like 50 years ago when I would have been about the age of the youngest son. The first transistor radios (battery operated) really did seem like a miracle when they arrived. You could finally take music with you to the beach or on a picnic. This is also the point where Japan's economy took off, and she became an economic powerhouse. We can see it happening in this show. |

| Great episode, and I'm so glad [Hatsuyuki-Hadena] didn't drop it! This is probably the slowest anime I've ever watched, but I still find myself anticipating the next episode. It really is a great show, and reminds me a lot of my family, sans the older brother. It was just me and my older sister. I T___T when Kouhei told her his friends thought she was beautiful. That's exactly what she needed! Can't wait for more, I hope they pick the releases up, but as long as they complete it. I really don't care how long it takes. It's an episodic show, so I won't have trouble following it at this rate! Urahara Out!! |
