Well, I guess the best one's i've seen so far would have to be Clannad, Kanon, Marmalade Boy (because it's a classic and pretty much the predecessor of all romance anime dramas), and Peach Girl.
And of course I can't forget NANA, but that unfortunately comes second to the ones I listed above, only because I have mixed feeling towards the ending. (in terms of romance) ^.^

I have seen marmalade boy.. I rather thought it was amazing. It started off slow though.

My fav. Is 5 centimeters per second. I have seen it 4 times and i will watch it more times in the future. And I like ef- a tale of memories and ef - a tale of melodies too. And don't forget Nana :)
