| It has been officialy announced in newtype so there WILL be movie but NO Season 2..... for now. The creators announced it will contain a new mythos, despite still featuring Renton and Eureka as the main characters.[1] It will be produced by Kinema Citrus. |

The title is "Koukyou Shihen Eureka Seven -Pocket ga Niji de Ippai- (the pocket is filled with rainbows)" http://www.eureka-prj.net/ It says the movie will be shown in the theaters in the "Golden Week (a Japanese holiday week, usually starts from April 29th)" of 2009. |

| Does anyone know when they are even going to launch the movie? I love Eureka Seven. It was one of my first animes I watched. It was kinda the one that got me started in watching anime. So i cant wait for the movie to come out. i hope its not a re-cap of the series :( |
