Aren't things moving too fast?

The development of events and the way they proceed seem very childish, so that the dramatic scene cannot be taken seriously, especially the last two episodes, as it seems as if each episode is quoting a full volume. Does anyone know anything about how the events of this work will proceed according to the novel, or what volume they reached in the adaptation?

yep , i agree even they are not giving any details for some things and If compare it from manga they had cutted several dialogue . which feels kind of awkward in anime .

They tried to fill everything into 12 episodes, so the rhythm feels off to me.
I think this would be a better anime if they make it like 20 episodes, though the budget is probably not enough.

Yeah, the pacing is too fast. Till episode 9 (haven't watched 10 yet), 8,9 adapted 2 volumes (8 adapted volume 3, 9 adapted volume 4). I thought they would adapt upto 5 volumes seeing previous episodes. But now I'm not sure. I guess they're trying to finish it in 12 episodes (there's 10 volumes).

Edit: I watched ep 10 and it adapted volume 5. Looks like next episode will adapt volume 6 or both volume 6 & 7.

I don't mind it honestly. it might be a tad bit more than I'd like however, I'm still enjoying the show quite a bit.

@Safuan12616 I'm not sure if I followed half of that, but if they only adapted 2 volumes through ep 7 and now they're adapting a volume per episode, that's some of the dumbest shit I've ever heard of.

Yeah. Comparing to average light novel adaption, 3 volumes get adapted into 12 episodes. (each volume gets 4 episodes). But for this series, I think it's okay, because it's LN has stretched unnecessarily. Like 60%-75% of a volume is unnecessary.

Unfortunately it's true. Date with Himari was in volume 5. Group date (ep 9) was in volume 4. They have cut a lot of contents. Like the ferris wheel moment. In LN it was wholesome but here it's short. There was a moment where Saito saves Akane from a pervert & it wasn't in anime.

This anime doesn't turn out to be what I was expecting but I guess it will do for the feel good genre, hoping to get much longer cozy and romantic scenes.
