@Stormy_77 Hi! Sorry, i've no idea. TBH, i didn't watch the Part 1 as i felt it's just a compilation of all the episodes in season 3 without the opening and closing songs.
Anyway, I've written to the FB user DonghuaTv, requesting the link owner to share the link to Part 2 of this.

| @AnastasiaWun Thanks for the information. I've seen S3. The FB user told me they're not going to do the second part as there's no new content. So pretty much confirmed it's just a condensed version of S3. I might as well consider this finished. Now just waiting for way more episodes before I start binging the new season. The last time I nearly died waiting for episodes to come out weekly. My patience is not good. |

Hi. Thanks for the update.
For me, I can't wait until the final release of S4 as I love this series and like to be uptodate with it. As usual, I'll binge rewatching the whole season as airing is complete. Actually, I've just completed binge rewatching S1 and S2 a third time this afternoon.

| @AnastasiaWun I had to rewatch from the start before starting S3, which I thought was going to be 5horter but they kept adding episodes and that drove me nuts because I went from "I'm going to binge" to "OMG another weekly cliffhanger" with facepalm! I can't afford the time to rewatch as there's so many other things competing for my time. Things like ... guess what I found on MDL (My Drama List). Apparently they have a live action of RMJI called The Immortal Ascension, starting in March 2025, with the very yummy handsome actor, Yang Yang. It must be a passion project or something because he looks just like the Donghua version, IDK if they actually used him as the model for the motion capture CGI? In any case I've always thought Han Li is attractive and now I know why.  |

@Stormy_77 Of course i do hope the live with Yang Yang in it will not end with a cliffhanger, but I just want to prep myself to avoid feeling terribly disappointed if it does.
To me, live and anime ain't the same cos. so far the anime Fanren Xiu Xian is ongoing and so far, it took about less than six months to at most a year to release its continuity.
Whereas live dramas, as in almost all of the past cdrama adaptation, they either ended on cliffhanger, open-ending or an unclear/unacceptable closure and we viewers don't know if there's going to be a follow-up season or not... Or the leading cast may or may not be available to reprise their role in followup, or there's no funding to produce nx season, etc. etc...

| @AnastasiaWun Unfortunately, everything you said about C-drama is true. Sad story - got into The King's Avatar through the live action. Also Yang Yang. Loved it. Then read the novel. Then watched the Donghua up to s2 (S3 soon). And what do you know, STILL no continuation of the Live Action, even when the web novel is done. < suffering intensifies > You are right though, at least that's not a problem with the donghua. |
