I haven't watched, so no spoilers, please.

Does this cover the full manga and have the same ending, or is it an anime original end or have no ending at all?

Also, how much of the manga does it skip? Is it worth reading manga?

anime only here and I have to say the whole thing is rushed. it does seem that they adapted it all but place is always fast which made me care less about what were supposed to be big moments. A shame since the characters and world seemed interesting enough. maybe I'll read the manga some day

It adapts the entire manga and has the same ending. There are some cuts to the story, but they're mostly minor.

And it's worth noting that this is the page for part 2 of the series. See Yonaoshi Kyōdai-hen for part 1 of the series.
