Repeating pages in Volume 1

I just read the first volume today, but partway through chapter 4, it suddenly repeated the last part of chapter 3, and then continued from there. At first, I thought it was just going to be a running gag that the doctor comes to his rescue and takes him to the school infirmary, but it repeated talking about Miyoshi. Though as I type this, I wonder if my volume is missing part of chapter 3, because it went from him waking up in the storeroom, seeing her in a swimsuit, and then cut to the infirmary. They didn't actually interact at all. It did seem jaring at the time, but now in retrospect, I'm pretty sure I lost a few pages.
