In which anime world would you want to be isekai'd?

Men and women of culture, I've always dreamt of what would happen if I were to get isekai'd and brought to a new world after getting hit by a truck. With the hundreds of animes we've all watched, I find it hard to choose a specific world to start my new life so I'll be giving not one but two choices for myself!

Personally, I would want to be isekai'd into either (1) the world of Frieren (would be interesting to be an elf too if possible!) or (2) the world of That Time I was Reincarnated as a Slime.

I love the way that spells and magic is used in Frieren and I believe that I too would enjoy collecting spells and learning how to be a powerful mage. In the case that I were to be born as an Elf, this gives me more time to become powerful and live in the fantasy setting I have always dreamt of!

The same fantasy dream applies to Slime, wherein otherworlders are typically given a special unique ability from the moment that they are isekai'd. While I am still unsure of what kind of ability I would want, I would definitely use this ability to find my place in the world and enjoy the fantasy setting. I always loved the power system of slime and how everything is somewhat gamified. I would love to evolve my skills and become a demon lord together with Rimuru and the rest of the cast ( ๑‾̀◡‾́)σ".

as a fellow isekai fiend, thank you for this topic.

to no one's surprise, the world i want to be isekai'd to is motherfuckin SWORD ART ONLINE BABYYYYY

despite it's reputation as a shitty anime and harem trash, it honestly still holds such a dear and special place in my heart being the first anime i've ever watched. one thing you need to understand about me is that i grew up playing MMORPGS, particularly world of warcraft, so the systems of leveling up, grinding for gear, exploring dungeons and the fantasy world is something very familiar to me.

combining that with sao's immersive virtual reality, as fucked up as it is, being trapped in the virtual world forced to grind in order to survive weirdly enough sounds like a fun fucking time. maybe it'd be nice without the "U DIE IN GAME MEAN U DIE IN REAL LIFE" part, but you guys get the gist of it. SAO is my top world and it's not even close.

i should also note that i'm a fan of virtual reality period, this "isekai choice" includes Gun Gale Online, which is the place i'd probably spend more time on considering i'm an fps fiend. top ranked valorant player right here.

Hail to your graces, fellow townsfolk! The time beeth upon us this wonderful evening.

As an avid enjoyer of the Isekai genre, I'd happily allow myself to reincarnate into the world of Naruto —as a Leaf ninja/shinobi. In a world brought forth by camaraderie and mastery, ninjas are tried and tested in terms of commitment and valiance through academic evaluations, missions, and practical exams; a true testament to the boy in me who aims for greatness. As a shinobi of the Hidden Leaf Village, I would gladly offer up the skills and values I have as a person to contribute positively to the village ninja world as a whole.

I will utterly and truly make the most out of my beloved stay. I never go back on my word!

I live, breath and shit isekai animes. No matter how trash it is I eat that shit up. My love for isekais go way back to animes such as re:zero and gate, but the one anime that encapsulates what a world of anime fantasy can look and feel at its best, is Mushoku Tensei's Six faced world of absolutely beauty. The landscapes, the tribes, the different languages, are brought up and fleshed out as if it were a world with actual history. Most of all, the MAGIC displayed is beautiful as it is technical and applied realistically. However, what I love most about the show aside from the world, is its characters. Every person in the story, just like the world they live in are as living and breathing a person as us, and that's what make it such a good show and one I would love to be in.
