I would not say the odds are nothing, but I think a inuyasha reboot is more likely.
Edit: thinking about it we might also get a ranma remake s2
Actually I see maison ikkoku was a huge success so it might be sooner than I thought.

I think Maison ikkoku would come before Inuyasha maybe because we have so much Inuyasha content already (Yashahime, The Final Act). But who knows.

I think it's definitely possible since Takahashi is such a well-respected and successful author. Maison Ikkoku itself was a popular and We'll liked series too.
