| and don't forget folks in the US, the DST reversal happens at 2 AM LOCAL TIME for you. each Time Zone from Eastern to Hawaii 'Falls Back' one hour at a time as their clocks reach 2 AM LOCAL. not NOT!!! 2 AM Eastern Timezone. the easiest way to do it? just reset ALL your clocks before you go to bed. hit the hay 2-3 hours EARLIER than you normally do on a Saturday night. and when you wake up at the 'new time' you'll have still gotten a normal sleep cycle in. instead of being woken up an hour EARLIER than you normally do since your alarm clock says it's earlier than when you went to sleep. ;> @KANLen09 thanks for the info. :> i was curious why this week's episode hadn't shown up online. :D |
