Whoaaaa Ukitake backstory time and I remember that Mimihagi shit was briefly explained in the show iirc but seeing the explanation and everything was so cool and seeing him and Shunsui in the past was nice to see so that’s how both of them met it’s just sad that Rukia has no captain now, the flashback she had and it showed old Bleach was nostalgic and made me feel even more sad for my girl Rukia😣😢

Bro even Yhwach was confused as to why his Almighty didn’t detect the future with Mimihagi like that shit gotta be the most mysterious shit in this show right after Yhwach’s powers bc like wdym even Yhwach couldn’t even see it😭😭

Ever since I saw Ukitake for the first time, I always had questioned about his backstory, and now we’ve finally got it! He really was always sick since birth. And to think he was saved by Mimihagi and prepared for this single moment.

One thing’s for certain, Ukitake never let his illness stop him from being great. He’s the epitome of no excuses! Here we are with the weakest captain (physically) being the one to hold the world together!

Another great was seeing how Shunsui and Ukitake became such good friends!

Ladies and gentlemen….the moment we’ve been waiting for! THE RETURN OF SOSUKE AIZEN!!! Oh how I’ve missed him as a villain. Shunsui and Aizen’s interaction was so interesting because they’re both wise and know how to analyze and communicate with one another.

How will he play a role in what’s to come??!!

Thought i skipped an ep or smth coz Ukitake spawned out of no where, i like the ending clip vm
ukitake looks very seksy in it but was rather skinny in the actual scene, maybe coz it drains evrything off him

Ukitake backstory and that's the end of him. Never got to use his bankai. His seiyuu said something like how he wished to say it atleast once, unfortunate really. Also look who's back. Yhwach's real daddy, Aizen.

So Jushiro was saved by this Mimihagi when he was three years old, but he still has his incurable lung disease.

Since Mimihagi is a part of the Soul King’s power, it makes sense that Jushiro is able to use it’s power to TEMPORARILY save the Soul King by expanding it throughout his body, said technique called Kamikake.

But Soi Fon has a point. This will only last as long as Jushiro is alive most likely, so they still need a permanent solution to prevent the end of all the worlds. It’s crazy to think since Jushiro was 3, it was fated that he would have to sacrifice himself like this.

On the other side of things, we got Shunsui trying to recruit Sousuke Aizen to help out in this fight, but we don’t know what Aizen really wants, so I don’t know how that will go.

Since the next episode is called The Betrayer, I’m guessing it has something to do with Uryu, and it’s possible that Ichigo and Uryu will clash, but we’ll see…
