| Julian's entrance was sick and epic. He really looked like an avenger from an ocean, punishing those who dared to challenge him. Alas, Angvall seems to not be getting brought back to life. Arkos didn't become another sacrifice, it seems. I had wished to see him sacrificed in order to let Angvall be resurrected somehow by the Mother (if she's capable of performing such miracles). But no, we need to accept the fact that Angvall is really gone. :( Thanks to her tenacity and fighting prowess, no villager was killed that day. The whole chapter was brilliant. It was filled with many emotions: hate, anger, love, regret... The last double page was a cherry on the top. |
