I really don't think so. When a brand is associated with an anime or movie or any kind of entertainment media they usually want it front and center (ex: Audi R8 in Iron Man, James Bond's various Aston Martins). While the design of Elsa's suv is quite obvious taken from a Mercedes-EQ, if Mercedes were actually involved then we would see their three pointed star on the grill instead of just a blacked out grille  |

The rest was just too close to the real version so I didn't think about that. Maybe one of the head designers just likes the brand or drives one himself :D |
