Help me manga readers, I want to know about the tenma war arc.

Will I need specific context for continuing from Vol 13? Or is it provided in LN as flashbacks or something like that?

Defo start with vol 12 as it's basically the turning point of this series. Very important to read this one first as it introduces a bunch of characters and concludes the whole 'chloe being the hero' situation.

so in short, start with vol 12 for sure.

You should continue with LN 10 if you don't wanna skip like 2 arcs.
If you want to start with eastern empire arc, you should start with LN 12, but I wouldn't recommend that.
