I think you mistook the younger version of Touya for Syaoran XD, Syaoran is only present in the other chapter and he's the sick person this time. I might be wrong but I think you can find the chapter over on mangadex, lemme check it
Edit: yep, they're titled as chapter 50.5 and 50.6

Don't worry XD, they do look alike, especially in the anime, but maybe it's just Clamp's style.
I'm telling you this cuz I had a hard time finding special chapters so... in Clear card there are two that are especially hard to find, one that tells a bit of how Syaoran and Sakura's life were when they were apart, exchanging cards and all, it's a really cute chapter that takes place in between the og series and clear card, it also came with a Syaoran x Sakura duet called "Hoshi no Tegami" that you can find over on YouTube. I have the scans in japanese if you want them, you can see the translation made by Meimi Haneoka over on tumblr, but the translation is dialogue only without the panels (I don't have a link for it though, but I've seen it).
There's a second short story that surrounds a Syaosaku date that I think came with the blu-ray release:
