Nonsensical episode title translations

Why are the translations (on the subs) for the episode titles so wildly nonsensical? I can read italian, so seeing "amare" being subbed as "Fever" is quite odd. I can't recall a single episode in which the subbed title name matched what was written in italian.
Why did they do it this way? So dumb.

I guess the localizers were feeling quirky that day, or maybe they had a grudge against Italians and wanted to annoy them. lol

Wait... the next (11th) episode is now named "febbre alta" (high fever), while the sub is "Tender Emotions". In the last episode, the sub was "Fever" as I've mentioned. I think they're 1 episode behind on the titles, for some reason.
