| Damn, I haven't resumed this manga in 7 months, I think. The huge cast, random sudden plots, and change in character design really doesn't help... I completely forgot that was his sister, Akari. I still don't like Mamoru overall. Treating that tiny weird dumb robot as a child is annoying, yet interesting in the broad aspect of human x robot bonding, but he does have his funny moments, like now. ... He learned about touching with consent, when he unintentionally bumped his head on Akari's tit, but anyway. Seeing Mina deny, yet curl up in cuteness overload from Takuma's past pictures as a baby to a kid was sweet and hilarious, while Akari was holding back the joy in her face of seeing Mina's reactions. Good chapter. Feels like it's been a while since we've had a normal cute chapter since these unwanted new characters and danger or whatnot. ... I don't really like the glaring intent of presenting Takuma's dream of marriage and a family since he was a child though... Sure, it's realistic how we're brought up to imagine getting married with kids one day, but it's weird to present it so seriously as if it's a #1 dream, even if the kid is just repeating what he learned from his mother. It's too much. I don't like it. ... Although, he was weird and pathetic since the beginning for how he went into marrying his maid robot out of desperation. |
