It got fan-translated as Chapter 224-228 on MangaDex.
As they were parts of the Artbook, i doubt they'll ever be officially licensed and translated.

@Alexioos95 As they were published as separate manga, I figured I wouldn't find them bundled with the main manga, but every site has them bundled, so that was great. Thnx !!!

They were good, but I was hoping for even more out of Alice and the Duke and their relationship.
