What could happen depending on the length and pace:

I don't expect the last one before a 4th season, but it is technically possible if they skip some stuff/speed some things up.

@Guwrrwr015 Oh i agree, but with the first season being as rushed as it was, i cannot discount that as a possibility.
Considering the popularity of tsukimichi in japan i'd be very surprised if it's only 3 seasons.
