EP 11

Wait this is awkward

So yeah with the setup at the end of ep 10, and usually the group performances take about 2 eps, so I really should have figured it out. I was under the impression that they would do the whole thing in ep 12, but uh nope.

I mean uhh. considering most of the idols are student age, the student ages ones. hmmmmm.
They dont talk much about it but still

In other news, its somewhat related, i finally listened to tsubasa gravity from the individual groups. its hard to say.
I think either alstro or ilum stars has the better one, which one is better is really a tossup. hearing alstro in song is quite interesting to be honest. maybe im biased?
Its not like i dislike antica or houkago climax girls, but they have to share the song with 5 people so its quite different and it felt a bit off

So yes anyway its ep 11

Blink and antica is over

The curious thing is we still have one more ep after this
They just casually you know, there's probably a bit of time between each, but antica would have needed at least some time to change

Oh. they got us. that was the whole ep. where did the 20 mins go??
They did like 8 half songs in like 12 mins, the first 10 mins was the op and the rest. yeah uh. huh

So yeah uh. Honestly if they had at least shown us the 4 new songs indivdually they would have had plenty of time (I think?), at the very least. Kinda weird.
So next ep we get the group (idk how to call it) songs. The ending was a bit abrupt but welp I honestly should have known

Too much recycling of songs that already existed for ages in the browser game like I have yet to hear a new song that's originally first introduced in the anime other than the OP song as there's no new song performed by any of the units but instead used songs that already exist in the game even before the airing of this anime. I really feel like nothings happening between the characters and rely too much on just brief interactions to each other within the unit and rarely see anyone interact with other units either.

Its not like I have high expectations but considering I came from Million Live anime last year to this one is just like night and day.

@TovarishTony It's a shame about this season, it was only made to get the second season out as fast as possible where there will be new songs and new costumes and a better story than the first season, just to make straylight and noctchill appear as fast as possible, They would have been better off making a film in any case

I can't believe they spent an entire episode on just performance scenes, one after the other.

Absolute trainwreck excuse of a plot, the writer should be ashamed.
