The Sex in here doesnt even show genitals its just frequent so how in the hell did this get a hentai tag but in other manga like Kimi wa Midara They fuck like crazy but its just erotica how tf is this different from Kimi Wa Midara?

The 3 Genres of this Manga are "Drama", "Romance", "Erotica"; it is not Hentai.
As you said, there is no genitals shown, therefore it's not Hentai, but it contains sex scenes, so it's Erotica.
