OK, so, Violet can perform miracles that Raphael says are impossible for Rimuru. Diablo is significantly more powerful than Violet. Does that mean we're back to Diablo being more powerful than Rimuru, but just obeying him for shits and giggles? I thought that was over once Rimuru became a demon lord...

maybe cuz she died from the curse of violet that she was able to perform the miracle( just an assumption), also I think it kinda ruined the moment when both were revived after their deaths but it is true that rimuru is stronger than him because of food chain which makes him stronger as his subordinates get stronger

I believe at this point in time Diablo is more powerful than Rimiru even after his Demon Lord evolution. I've read entire light novel and honestly they often can be pretty vague about how Rimiru compares to different people.

I'd say rimiru isn't necessarily stronger than diablo until when something big happens in volume 15/16 (I can't remember exactly) and so far they've only adapted 6 volumes.

The thing with Diablo is he has a hell of a lot of combat experience so even if Rimiru is 'more powerful' I'd say Diablo could still win. The demons strength comes from their immense age and experience/efficiency with magic especially with primals like Diablo.

I think Rimiru is still quite scared of Guy and Diablo is one of the few people to have fought Guy to a draw but this happened long ago, so I'm not sure what has changed since then.

Also I think demons are stronger in their world so that would also change things.
