Question about Makoto's power

Firstly,I am from Croatia so don't hold my broken English against me :)
S2 so far feels like side quest in some game so i have rewatched S1 and have some questions for experts.
What happened to Makoto's ever increasing mana level? In S1 it was explained that dwarf rings contain his mana but it was not enough and he has mana on level of Godess. This season that plot is not mentioned or did i miss it??

I never read the novel so i just take a guess.
First his parents are OP before coming to earth, so there got to be something in his blood; he then got blessing from Tsukuyomi.
For me that explain it enough.

Basically, whenever he focuses when shooting a bow, its like he takes his soul out of his body, making a simulated suicide, atleast thats what it looked like to Tomoe and Mio, and by doing this he unintentionally increased his mana. I think they explain how, but short answer is, more reincarnation=more mana. And with what happened at the end of S1, he used all his stored up mana in the rings

1. His parents are powerful, so he started with good genes, plus he was born on earth, then sent to the other world, so that also affected his power level.

2. He was blessed by the god of earth with his power.

3. Tomoe explained that when shooting a bow and arrow, because of his technique, it is like he was dying and reincarnating, which increase his power over and over, the more he continued, reaching god level power.

4. Because of knowledge from earth, his unorthodox way using magic, and his power level, he became an increasingly powerful magic user.

5. The suit, the rings, and a few spells, help him control his mana, but even that doesn’t always keep up with his increasing power.

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

More of the same here (haven't read anything, opinion solely based on anime) :

After realising he was bow-training on a daily basis and that made him double his mana each time, he stopped so we can assume his mana increasing stopped.
If the mana stopped increasing, his crafter people made him new bling to contain it.

In season 1 the mana-storage bling made could hardly contain it because by the time they were crafted his mana had several-folds that when the craft started.
He still wears bling similar to the latest model we see in that season 1 ark, the 'rings on all fingers linked to cuff' one.
