This isn't a bad thing btw

The reason I find it girlier is because it seems to focus more on feminine hobbies in comparison, Sailor Moon has a more magical feel, while Mew Mew feels more sci-fi in comparison, Usagi as a protagonist honestly feels girlier than Ichigo, Sailor Moon has more of a focus on love and justice, there's more focus on school life in Sailor Moon even in just one season alone, the main five Senshi tend to have longer hair than the Mew Mews, since all of the main five have long hair except Mercury, while with Mew Mew, only Zakuro has long hair and Lettuce has long hair too, but its hard to see it a lot of times, and while Tokyo Mew Mew has romance as a main feature, Sailor Moon feels more romantic

I also don't really think of cutesy as girly particularly

Hmm interesting topic, and great one to bring up when it comes to discussing more girlier/feminine shoujo girls about heroines. If anything I find Cardcaptor Sakura the least girly out of the other 2 mentioned when it comes to popular BIG magical shoujo series that has gotten remakes.

@RICEA42991 I feel that if the series used more the classical style the art feels more girly for me, but maybe thats because I feel that many of the girly things are often focused in the classic style, if the style is more modernized I think the focus isnt that strong so maybe thats why SAilor Moon I thought was girlier.

About Cardcaptor I think youre right since there are lot of dresses in there and the style of art is CLAMP style which I think is good style though I think Sailor Moon and Cardcaptor both have good style when it comes to the more classic style

About the remakes I feel the style was changed little so im not sure if its as girly as in the 90s style but i think the spirit of the series was similar even in remake. Now about Tokyo Mew I think the remake style was more diffrernt than in the original series, also I think the manga was also diffrerent in style compared to the classic style but I think it was more close to the 2000s style compared to the 90s style in the older series.
