The butlers in this chapter, one of those three visible stooges feels very likely to be the culprit. Well, not that I can blame anyone given how the original saint was a Horrible person but my guess the culprit is the butler with glasses, characters that wear glasses are always suspicious plus there has to be a deep meaning as to why the glasses butler appears in the manga's color page.

culprit butler- "I'm sure I killed her."
Me- Assuming "god" Exists in this manga, and the title "Saint" isn't some decorative name, I am surprised the culprit butler didn't think "has god favored this woman so much that she was given Divine Protection from Death?!"
