Given that the main antagonists so far are American, this is entirely possible.

If Haruki does decide to introduce more foreign characters in the future, which countries should they come from: France, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Isle of Man, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Estonia, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Albania, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia, Macedonia, Slovenia, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Armenia, Israel, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Yemen, Qatar, Oman, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, North Korea, Vietnam, etc.?
