Wanted to know if I can read this manga because I heard the anime butchered the source material and wanted to read the LNs where the anime left off. I don't feel like going back to the beginning of the LNs just to see what the anime left out.

Although its way behind the anime its Lil different than the anime especially the expressions of mahiru are way better than the anime. I think they're some extra panels that were not in the anime.
