Idk exactly what direction this show is heading towards but the episode was weird...

Now that everyone kinda got to know each other, they got out of their work environment on their adventure. I'm also not feeling much about the show's humor either. Hopefully it improves but this was an awkward episode.

After two episodes, I’m done. I wanted to like it as the premise was good on paper, but this show is absolute trash (and not the fun kind).

I could say so many negative things but why waste my energy.

I’m always shocked when a bottom barrel show like this can be green lit yet anime that deserves another season never gets more.

This is not at all what I expected this anime to be lol. I hope they don't push the over-scientific because saying in like 20 times in one episode was way too much and also not really a fun little character quirk or catch phrase. Will probably finish the show as I don't like leaving things unfinished, but man this episode was not it

So many questions after this episode, but I love it! It's exactly what I expected from a new Umatani anime.

What was the creature the boss was petting? A Motarian?

The cat had hearts like Wombat. Was it a shoutout to Boueibu? (Overlapping team/Kurari Umatani)

Are they going to find the broken piece of the MOPart in the next episode, or will that be towards the finale?

Will the end credits change when we see more characters transform? (Not a spoiler--it's in the credits, trailers, and hinted at in the shadows of the first promo image.)

Thought the dancing from the next episode's preview was going to be in the end credits based off the series' PV.

Anyway, does anyone else think Taro/Goro is being hinted at as a ship for fujo-bait? I know some viewers might not like the big age gap, but it gives me the same vibes as Robby and Hatchi from Robihachi. (Overlapping team/Taiga Umatani)

Wait, where's the story? Did I missed it? Tbh, the only thing I liked of this show is the ED.
No tomo malas decisiones, solo me gusta apoyar causas perdidas.
Disfruté Mayoiga, Ou-sama Game, Evil or Live, Mirai Nikki, Big Order, Arifureta, Ex-Arm, Tesla Note, Shuumatsu no Harem y Platinum End
nope les falle con esa, lo siento pero todos tenemos nuestros límites.
Así de jodido es mi gusto en anime, ¡Y estoy pinche orgulloso de ello!

A bit slower than the first episode in terms of gags, but it pushed the story forward. And the preview looks like next episode will be really funny!

Also, the ending is just great!

Also, I'm suprised people say the episode was odd or out of place. To me, it was the most standart way a mystery X gag humor show would do their second episode. Get the gang together, explain some stuff, get an objective and introduce the (recurring) villains.

Goro really wants his place to be known in Monthly Moso Science, which Catherine had him hired for stories to be pumped out. It's over-scientific.

A case involving a glowing well, Taro is forced to be brought along by Jiro for investigation, and coincidentally, that has both Noin and Perch singling them out by stealing the MOPart that Goro has. But the thing is that the bucket itself is a MOPart, which explains the light and water show. And once again, just like the last time, the MOPart when hit on Taro's forehead, transforms him into a manbeast, which they managed to secure part of the broken MOPart.

Oh well, now that they knew about the MOPart pieces which form a puzzle, it's the race against who gets the parts first, while concocting stories along the way.

Somehow it feels to much like a kid show in a bad way not even like a pokemon. In the way everything happens and how characters reacts its just too childish
