| So I found myself wandering back to this series after I bought what's available in English, of course finding the other chapters elsewhere. But it got me thinking, do we know why the English publication of Vol 1 doesn't include the Rohan Gucci issue? Is it a matter of copyright or collaboration terms or something? Or is there a chance English audiences would be able to see it elsewhere officially? Like, if they made a "Gucci" publication with both the Rohan and Jolyne issues, which would be nice. I know that the Louvre issue was published separately in the Louvre collection, so I'm wondering if it's something like that that we'd have to wait on maybe. Edit: Sorry, already been answered because I asked some people on Discord. Apparently copyright issues through Shueisha saying no or something, going by the Spanish release? Idk man, but guess I was on copium and holding out hope they'd do something else with it, a shame. I would have deleted this thread if I could since my question has been answered, but apparently I can't. So hi. |
