I believe shy was originally planned for 24 episodes so Im assuming they never had enough time to finish it so they decided to split it into 2 seasons. I’m sure it didn’t get a second season because it popular or anything. So i doubt we’d get a season 3 sadly. |

| For anime that aren’t super popular it’s not expected for there to be a second season unless it was already planned before releasing season 1. I doubt there’s a season 2, but I hope I’m proven wrong! |
| This week's episode adapted up to chapter 28 and there are 44 chapters released so far. We don't know how far Episode 12 will adapt, but taken to amount, that they usually adapt 1 - 2 chapters per episode, the adaption presumbably won't go beyond Chapter 30. So we need at least around 30 Chapters for another 12 episode season. We've only 44 Chapters right now and Chapters are released on a monthly basis. A potential Chapter 60 would at earliest be released in June 2025. So I'm afraid we won't see much of our precious Maruobeev tereev in animated form in the near future - unless they do some special episodes or OVAs. But some thing we learned through "Hoshikuzu Telepath" is to never give up dreaming ☺️ |
