I watched it Dororo few months back and do not remember much but I certainly know that hyakimaru brother just turned evil and hate him, and God, eyes and hand from hyakimarru from devil that’s why he died, not sure what happend to his mom , but dororo is a girl what kind of question is that?

Who Dororo is girl. It's because Tezuka wanted to write a story with that only being revealed at the very end. For the others it's a story and it can be whatever the author chooses, love or hate it.

1. After the ruin of his little kingdom I think both of them dying is because that was the final thing daigo had left from making his deal with the devil. Also because it was an a of of love from the mom to die with her son. Daigo living is also him Having to live knowing he made the wrong choice to sacrifice his first son as well as live with the pain, regret and emptiness he now has as punishment.

2. I think they were also separated because hykamaru achieved his goal of getting his body and dororo no long needed to protect him from becoming a vengeful devil himself. So they kinda just took a break I feel lik.

3. but Also he is a girl because that’s one of the themes the author wanted to write was a girl who’s parents wanted to be a boy and warrior, it adds more depth and evelopment to her character and makes for a good reveal in the end

1. Dunno why mom and father figure had to die, but Daigo left to live while losing his empire and everything he once had was more cruel punishment than death.

2. In the manga Dororo left to hunt remaining ghouls, which there were 50 or so. Anime cut it to 12, but by the end there were still some left alive.

3. Dororo is a girl, but was pretending to be a boy in order to prevent any potential sexual assault or kidnapping and being sold to brothels. She is not LGBT or anything like that.
