Heyyy~ I've loved Marmalade boy for years now, I've rewatched the anime multiple times and read the manga a few times more. However, I constantly find myself wondering if this will ever get a remake? I'd love an anime version with fresh animation, with the story line being more loyal to the manga, kinda like what they did with the Sailor Moon Crystal remake.
What do you guys think?

wow man im glad someone remembered this. This was roller-coaster of every emotion and so many twist in relationship between many characters. Il rewatch it ofc i hope it gets remake. But i doubt this will get remake in soon time. I would really wish same but yea..

@Zeehighness yes, although if there were a remake, they would probably stick to the original plot from the Manga where Yuu goes to Kyoto (it was changed to NY to target international audiences, but the whole arc is pretty much made up for the anime). Wouldn't mind seeing it adapted this way instead tbh
