i vaguely remember in the first season her being a spirit of yule or christmas. And they also said to be aware of her i think? it's been a while since i watched so its a bit hazy.

She is the Morrigan I believe. Not sure what pact Chise made with her but I think she wanted a sacrifice or something made to her
