| This feels like a low fantasy show in a modern world with comedy elements. Yamato is fun to watch but not sure on rest of the cast yet. Obviously, this anime has a lighthearted mood but idk, I wasn't really entertained by it yet. The story feels kinda off and nothing really stood out for me from this epsiode. The theme songs are kinda catchy though. |

| If you do not know anything about the Bikkuriman series, it's sweets maker Lotte's long-running wafer snack with random bonus stickers packed since 1977. And this 2023 show is an anime original, of which character designs are made by Shaman King mangaka Hiroyuki Takei. This most certainly feels like a show made for kids, and it was primarily targeted towards kids either way though this is made to appeal to the adults. Kinda of a mediocre show, and I don't know if I can last 3 months watching this, despite this having the typical villain and mecha-like properties that reminds me too much of this show trying to be another Fairy Ranmaru type-ish show. |

| I was looking forward to a new Bikkuriman anime, but this first episode was just okay. The animation and presentation looked pretty cheap, and I'm not sold on the bishounen angle yet. I'll keep watching, but this wasn't the strongest start. |
