He said more recently that that’s not the case anymore and it’s certainly not ending this year
“Gege's Editor then clarified the statement, ‘The manga isn't going to end anytime soon but it's in its wrapping-up phase’."
People are theorizing it will end around spring 2024 so that means maybe 30 to 40 chapters

I remember Gege saying that after Shibuya there will the two big arcs and short arcs in between (short arcs being Perfect Preperation and now recently Gojo vs Sukuna while big arcs are Culling Games and a final arc where Sukuna and Kenjaku are supposedly taken care of.

The mangaka has mentioned that he wants to end it fast but I think there would be some 20-30 chapters remaining to tie up all loose ends .

Its definitely still gonna take alot of chapters. Kenjaku still has to be dealt with, that wont be done in just 5-20 chapters.

Probabaly more than 30 tbh, author said he won’t rush the end and that the actual end isn’t anywhere close. Maybe close to 1-2 years worth of chapters

chapter 90 i believe. i reccommend using the officiall mangaplus app for the best reading experience
