Don't think this one should be considered "animation" - it's about 95% pan-and-scan around a bunch of immobile statuary and figurines. |

Yeah I don't think this is animation. A few quick cuts to make a character suddenly appear don't make it stop-motion. Even for a piece of propaganda it was poorly made.
