No No please wtf I can't believe Dazai could be dead, and there's only 1 eps remaining for s05, the author literally the just keeps on killing all major characters from the anime ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ
My best guess there will be some sort of time travel at the end of all this chaos and everything will return to normal, hopes that's what the author himself thought, I want Dazai back No matter what

So far his plot armour was impenetrable, despite his numerous suicide attempts. I wouldn't be surprised if he would survive somehow.

All those suicide attempts were comic relief moments but this was pretty serious but still i don’t think he’s dead

tbf the series rarely kill character for good. Even antagonist stay alive and mostly became allies. So his hope of survival is still quite high, we just have to wait whatever plot armor he pulled this time lol

He was shot in the head by a guy who can stop bullets with gravity powers. My money is on that for next week.

It's Bungo Stray Dogs. I don't think there have been any permanent deaths in the entire series so far.

I think some time shit might happen, seems like the most obvious solution.
My best guess (if the time thing isn't how it plays out cuz I'd prefer resolution without that) is that Dazai's corpse is going to be bitten by Chuuya and turn into a vampire. That should heal him, but once he's alive again his ability will naturally cancel out the vampirism.
He's definitely not dead, I think that would be a cool way to have him live though. It's also possible the reason we haven't seen Yosano in so long is cuz her and the little girl are on their way. She should be able to revive his corpse if he's recently deceased, depending if his ability remains after death

that is always possible, it definitely looked a lot clearer that he has a hole in his head in the manga though. I agree he's not staying dead though

I don't know why I haven't seen anyone else come up with this, but to me the way the scene was animated makes it pretty clear that Chuuya somehow used his ability there. Gravity manipulation has always been associated with red and portrayed as a red glow, and the fact that they chose to show this moment in this way (a completely red-dominated still shot where no blood is visible on the wall,nor we see any body part/matter being split on the wall) highly suggests that Chuuya did in fact manipulate gravity there. So I don't think Dazai is dead.

Well atleast in manga it was more clear, idk but Ik one thing dazai still have some shit under his sleeves lol
