This year it is my pleasure to satisfy your wishes, and I am happily able to inform you, that I’ve picked out 3 anime of different length that should be to your delight. The elves told me you wish for shows that are slightly obscure and unique so some aspects, and I made sure to exclude all elements, which would dissatisfy your experience.  Artiswich - ONA, 6ep (each 8min)It tells a story about a witch and her mysterious shop in which she serves those whose wishes have gone unheard, giving them an opportunity to unlock their hearts' greatest desires. Believing this to be an ideal arrangement, the proud apprentice witch Nina strives to fulfill her customers' wishes, while her power and influence grow accordingly. However, not all wishes are meant to come true and not all of them lead to a happy ending. It is unique in nearly every sense. Its art is different from all I’ve seen so far, and far more detailed than current popular anime. It uses 3D models that move increasingly realistic to most parts. Despite the length of the episodes, the story reaches an undeniable depth, which is underlined by a musical-like story telling. Because of these elements, it holds a special place in my heart and, I hope, it will be to your liking.  Great Pretender - TV, 23ep (each 23min)Jumping from city to city, Great Pretender follows the endeavors of Makoto alongside the cunning Laurent and his colorful associates in the world of international high-stakes fraud and sneaky crime. Soon, Makoto realizes that he got more than what he bargained for, as his self-declared skills are continually put to the test. This anime hold an interesting amount of unique characters from all over the world, who all have their individual stories to tell. Just as unique as the characters is the art used to display all the surroundings. Even at first glance, it is so much different in use of color and modeling shapes than any modern anime. Besides, it is just fun to watch all the crazy methods they come up, throughout the episodes. So, feel free to give it a go.  Iblard Jikan - OVA, 1ep (30min)Much like looking through a window, Iblard Jikan explores the fantastic and beautiful world of Iblard by panning through art created by Naohisa Inoue. It truly is an adventure of art as it is, together with the music pieces playing, close to the only element used to tell Iblard Jikan’s story. Looking at those 3 anime, this one might be the most unique, but also the one I can tell you least about. You simply need to explore it on your own. And with that, I hope you wish amazing festivities and enjoy the gifts given to you. Good day, logsanimelog, it is your secret Santa writing you. This year is my pleasure to satisfy your wishes, and I am happily able to inform you, that I’ve picked out 3 manga, which are most the romantic I could find and should be to your delight. Sadly, I can only cover your wish for BL manga, as I’ve hardly ever read any manga tagged with strategy or performing arts.  Pink Heart Jam - 2 vol, 11 chThis one is the best and probably most likely BL to happen in readily. It sure is romantic in some aspects, but not the most out of this list. It tells the story of Yuuki Haiga, an endearing and approachable freshman, who quickly adapts to university life, easily making friends and winning the favor of girls. But senior Ryou Hanae is the only person that manages to leave Haiga awestruck with his glorious long hair, stunning features, and incredible musical talent, Hanae finds a lasting spot in Haiga's mind. As already said, this one is rather real, but still hooks you to its story. The development of their relationship is incredibly tempting to watch, since Kanae seems to be unapproachable at first glance. That is not the case, though.  Love Meter 100% - 7 chLove Meter 100% shows the life of Yihan and his obsession with the game, the manhwa was named after. He has a crush on one of its characters, Mikados a mint-haired guy who only exists in this imaginary world. Wherever Yihan goes, his hefty stash of Mikaros merch goes. Being the ultimate stan isn't something Yihan is ashamed of, that is, until he runs into someone special in real life. This one has super cute and somewhat funny art, which perfectly aligns with the story, which is at some points just hilarious and super romantic. Even though it is not the longest among all, their story feels complete, with their readers still wanting to read more of it. So maybe, you’ll be one of them  Shima-chan Chi no Tsugai Jijou - 2 vol, 14 ch (omegaverse)This Manga has a unique start compared to the others. It starts telling the story of the two main characters sort of backwards. Shima, their small girl, really adores her parents, the loud-spoken alpha Akane Kuroga and the collected omega Aoi Shirosaki. However, despite the loving relationship these men have today, they were once just brash students who were bound to butt heads due to the rivalry between their schools. One day, she asked her parents how they got together and with that their adventure starts. Their rough relationship soon starts to get more cute and caring like described in the present, turning rivals into lovers. A truly romantic story of its own.
