| This is why most time travel shows don’t kill of characters too much and if they do they add more story to those deaths to add that sense of shock you get from a character death. “This person was killed by that person? I thought they were good” “This person was a shadow?”, “This person is in on it?”. What sets this apart from Re:Zero is that we as the audience know where the checkpoint is. This means we know when a death is or is not permanent |
