I believe because at that point, those powers were not even awakened inside him. The 'old man zangetsu' inside Ichigo suppressing his quincy powers only after his soul reaper powers were awakened.

If Yhwach were to take quincy powers from him, then his sisters should also be robbed of their quincy powers.

Who knows if it is true, it may even be that because kurosaki siblings are part soul reaper as well so Yhwach didn't have complete control over them so couldn't take their powers.

I may be forgetting, but what point in the story did Ichigo’s sisters even remotely display any Quincy powers?

i think they have very less amount of power because at the time they were masaki and ishinns(dont mind spelling )power were pretty much all gone and they were more human.just my opinion
