@AnimePedestrian Well, I plan to try Origin as soon as I'm done with 0079.

@RobertBobert

I think timeline wise;

Origin is a prequel to 79 so it best enjoyed after 79

Then for the three shows before Chars Counter Attack you want to watch 79, Zeta Gundam, Gundam Double Zeta and then Chars Counter Attack

Several shows also fill out the One Year War, which is the setting of 79. These are Requiem for a Vengeance, War in the Pocket, Doran Cruz movie, Igloo movies, Thunderbolt Movies, 8th Ms Team.

Stardust Memory is a middle show set between 79 and Zeta and is best enjoyed after Zeta to get the call backs it makes.

Then from Chars Counter Attack it is Unicorn, Narrative and then the Hathaway movie (which is suppose to be a trilogy).

Finally there's some late UC stuff including F91 and Turn a Gundam. Those are generally not really related to any of the Zeon, Federation or Char stuff seen prior.

@AnimePedestrian And since this is UC, they are all somehow connected by the overall plot, universe and lore? I heard that UC was formally completed, but it didn't have any big, full-fledged ending.
