It be great if someone else took over the manga and animated a season to to help with this question because there would definitely have been some tense of this kind in the story.

For some weird reason, my original post doesn't appear only the tittle of it. Here is the OP:

And Takashi Komuro was the father. I'm not saying they had a drunken one-night stand, which they forgot and later remembered once Shizuka started experiencing morning sickness. Instead, you have a scenario were Takashi and Shizuka are alone together while they or their group is out searching for supplies, or they stayed behind to guard their hideout. They're completely sober, but the tension between them is too strong and they end up sleeping with each other, disregarding any consequences. In the manga, Shizuka misunderstands when Takashi tells her he needs her. This implies Shizuka would be more than willing to sleep with Takashi if he asked her. Takashi being the hormonal guy that he is wouldn't mind at all. So how would the group react if they found out Takashi got Shizuka pregnant? How would it affect the group's dynamics and their chances of survival? How would they deal with taking care of a pregnant Shizuka and raising a baby during the zombie apocalypse? If Takashi were to find his parents, or Rei's dad, or Shizuka would find Rika Minami, how would they explain their baby? How would they react to the news?
