| IT'S HAPPENING Do you guys think it'll be a new season or a reboot? Personally i hope it'd be the former because i don't think the latter's really necessary since the Books (Circus, Murder and Atlantic) were amazing adaptations P.S just realized it's in anime discussion instead of "Black Butler", mb |
I've really missed seeing Sebastian and Ciel, so i'm kinda hyped. |
| On ANN they say it's a continuation not a reboot, thank goodness for that. Can someone remind me actually how they covered the end of season 1 in continuations? I watched the other seasons but I don't remember. In any case, I'm excited! ^^ I guess the next arc is P4 right? |

Basically after the arc with Soma (the prince) which was like episode 15 of s1, they went in a filler route for the rest of season 1 and continued in s2. But it hasn't been mentioned once past that so it wasn't of any importance. And yeah the next arc's the School one with Prefect 4 |

| Nice, so glad it's not a reboot, it's easy enough to cut the filler from season 1, and just jump into book of circus after the soma arc. Though, I wouldn't be opposed to a shorter single cour reboot of just the first part, then continuing on after book of Atlantic. That way it would be easier to tell new people a simple watch order, rather than trying to explain where to stop after season 1 and explain all the plot points they can forget about, lol. Season 1 and 2 could then just be an alternate version, kinda like FMA. |

| Not the biggest fan of it anymore, but i do have a nice history with Black Butler ever since my early days of watching anime, so i like that it comes back. |
