She's much stronger than carrion that should be obvious by their interaction since Carrion strongest attack only tickled her. After you finish the season you will understand the scheme going on. I believe she's the 2nd strongest demon lord right now in the story.

If you have watched S2 Part 2,then you already know that Milim was pretending to be manipulated and joined hands with Frey to deceive Clayman by faking Carrion's death.She had no intention to kill him.

Besides,even if Frey had not intervened and if not for deceiving Clayman,she was clearly holding back her strength and could easily kill him even if she is not serious.

That was Carrion's Beastialization form.In addition to allowing the user to alter their form between that of a humans and a beasts, the user can enter a temporary transformation that restores all their energy as well as heals all their wounds; while also doubling their physical capabilities.
Still she can be killed by Milim easily.

Milim would have killed carrion without having to break a sweat if she was serious about the fight in the animal kingdom. The fight would have been over in a couple seconds and carrion would probably never have made it into his beast form. That is just my opinion, I mean we all know what that fight did to carrion,
