Wait the min, I noticed something, prior to this chapter, she has a second-lead syndrome or something, well no need to incorrect me or anything, I'm just assuming so... She's at least taking care of herself though, instead of crazily fantasizing..

I understand her very well. Always being average in everything, never being anyone's first option... when that changes, it's hard to accept or believe.
You create a completely different world in your head, you fantasize, because at least it gives you the feeling of being in control of something, of being important in something since you are the one creating the story. "I'm not his first choice, but I was the one who helped them get together". It's a bad thing, but at least it's something to have.
