Should I watch the movie or read the remaining manga chapters after season 2?

As the question says!

Movie has been out for a while now, and I was thinking about watching it now.
But I heard that they skipped some manga content and rushed the ending, also some friends said that movie wasnt that great, so I dont know what to do.

If you like anime more the adaptation gets the most important stuff. But if you want everything or like manga read the manga

I read the manga after season 2 when i finished watching it because the movie wasn't out yet, but i would still reccomend reading the manga. Near the end there are some drawings that really are something else, they were soooo beatiful

The movie is good but I prefer the manga because it's more complete
Anyway I think both are good so do whatever you want

The second season and the movie omit quite a lot of content, especially the movie if I remember correctly. I would recommend reading the manga from about where the second season starts.

I haven’t reached that part of the manga yet but I really loved the movie

Honestly just start the manga from where S1 finishes, S2 cut, Alot of content out hence the new anime project coming out thats gunna cover the cut content

Honestly, do both, first read the manga, bc yes there is cut content, and the manga has a more slowed down, natural pacing. But the great animation, the pleasing aesthetic, and amazing background music and voice acting (japanese ofc) made it better than the manga in its own unique way. So I would watch the movie more to compare it to the manga, instead of having it be your first experience with the final arc of quints. As most manga originating material is often better than its animated adaptation. Plus, some of the cut content was already a bad writing decision or actually made the story make less sense/get worse with its inclusion. So, I don't even know how to feel about that stuff being removed.
