Most of the anime takes 2-3+ years to get a S2 and some even more like 5-10 years lol it's still longgggggg!!!! |

| David Pro announced both seasons together so I was thinking Season 2 would arrive as early as Fall 2023 but I was wrong. I think the reason they're taking more time with Season 2 is probably that it will most likely adapt the final arcs of the series. If Cour 2 was any indication, David Pro is probably saving the best stories for Season 2. And those will require more time to animate beautifully. Though I could be wrong about that too. In the meantime, there is no better time to catch up to the OG Urusei Yatsura which I think is still miles better than the Remake. |
| Season 2 is pretty much confirmed to air in January 2024. |
