| I was reading Jahy's bio and I saw this, which I didn't know before: "Jahy's name come from Jahi, the Zoroastrian demoness of lasciviousness and lust." I looked into the demon Jahi and it turns out she is the Iranian version of the Persian goddess Jeh. I can't find that many depictions of what Jahi/Jeh would look like. But I just thought this was a fun tidbit to know that's how the author came up with the idea for Jahy's character. Her adult design definitely reflects the lascivious theme. Also, I'm campaigning to get Jahy-sama to 1,000 favorites because she deserves it (as of writing, she is at 945.) So let's show Jahy some love~  I really miss this show and hope there will be enough source material for it to get another season sometime in the not-so-far future. |
