| Well, that was that. The manga is over. As usual, the artwork has been phenomenal. However, this time, the story was very lacklustre. I feel like this manga could have, and should have been amazing. It could have been the next death note - but nothing was fleshed out enough. I have a feeling this manga was very much a "filler manga" for the mangakas to do something while thinking up something bigger? All of their other pieces tend to last a little bit longer than this one did, and their chapters tend to be longer too. If I'm not mistaken both of them have simultaneously been working on Shokuryou Jinrui Re at the same time - so that could be why things on this weren't as good. I am tempted to steal the story and come up with my own FF lol. |
