| We get a long flashback of General Li's backstory - he survived the initial wars during the first "invasion" when his father who was also high up in the army was always away defending the people, his mother was sick and he eventually got a little tag that meant he was one of the lucky chosen few of humanity designated as survivors when the humans NUKED the land to kill the monsters. Eventually super powered humans evolved and only then did humanity survive within city enclaves safe from monsters. Luo Feng now understand what he means by the Humanity survival project is in progress. Led by Babata, Luo Feng finally finds an ancient civilization ship buried DEEP deep underground. It's a mother ship for the fleet! Surely there will be some goodies in there that might be able to take down the Golden Horned Beast? But before we can see it, the action segues to the battle. It has begun. |

| Didn’t know Brother Li had a past with the human heritage program and used his father’s token to get sent down into the depths. My predictions were wrong about them being cryo’d they actually had to endure the pain in real time while their families were gone with the blasts. This is giving some Spirit Cage Incarnation vibes. Even the way Brother Li hands his token to Luo Feng as a way for Luo Feng to remember him after his sacrifice on the front line just like his father did. The Elder’s speeding up the hydrogen bomb plan faster than expected due to the Horned behemoth travelling to Europe already. Seems like they plan on using multiple hydrogen bombs to attack the behemoth. I wonder how many ruins Luo Feng needs and how long it takes to excavate one to get what Babata was looking for. |
